Capture campaign responses manually
Customers and prospects may respond on-by-one using:
- Phone
These will have to be manually updated in Salesforce.
Track responses from the Lead/Contact record
You can track responses from a lead record. Scroll down to the bottom and the record indicates all of the campaigns that a lead or contact is part of.

Indicate the status and click Save

Update the record from Campaigns - Select the campaign

Select Edit Members - Search

Select the records you want to update

Choose the update status
