Campaign reports

These are example reports taken from a Salesforce training.

The campaign ROI Analysis Report

This report calculats the return on investment and average costs for our campaigns.

ROI = opportunities won/actual cost and is expressed as a percentage.

Problem is that this doesn't take into consideration all of the campaigns that helped win opportunities prior to it - maybe the email blast in the example below was just the last of many campaigns that influenced a lead before it was converted into an opportunity.

The campaign revenue report

This helps us identify which opportunities came from which campaigns. In the example below, the email blast resulted in the acme opportunity which resulted  in 600 desktops.
