Create a target list using a report

You can create a target list for your campaign by first creating a report and then adding the report to your campaign.

Click on the Reports tab

This article will assume you are using a report that has already been created.

Create a new report or use an existing one

Open the report and click Add to Campaign

Note: The Add to Campaign button only appears on  reports based on the Lead, Account, or Contact objects.

Click the search icon to find the campaign

Choose the appropriate campaign

Select Pending for the member status

When you actually send out the email for the campaign, you will have to click "Override the member status" and update the status to Sent. But for right now, the email has not been sent, so you will just leave it as Pending.
