Create a target list from within the campaign

You don't have to import a file or add a report to get contacts into a campaign - simply go into the campaign and add who you want using different filters.

Go to your Campaigns Tab

Click on the campaign

Click on the campaign
Click Manage Members > Add Members - Search

Choose Leads or Contacts

Choose Leads or Contacts

Enter your filters

  1. You can select an existing view, OR
  2. You can enter filters to show you a clearly defined list
  3. When you are done, click Go

You can add one at a time or you can select them all by clicking on the box on the top left.

In our example, we are adding them with Pending status because nothing has been sent to them yet.
