Create a target list from within the campaign
You don't have to import a file or add a report to get contacts into a campaign - simply go into the campaign and add who you want using different filters.
Go to your Campaigns Tab

Click on the campaign

Click Manage Members > Add Members - Search

Choose Leads or Contacts

Enter your filters
- You can select an existing view, OR
- You can enter filters to show you a clearly defined list
- When you are done, click Go

Select records you want to add
You can add one at a time or you can select them all by clicking on the box on the top left.

Choose a status to add them with
In our example, we are adding them with Pending status because nothing has been sent to them yet.
