What are you trying to accomplish with the campaign?

  • Increase contacts?
  • Improve customer satisfaction?
  • Increase sales revenue?
  • Acquire new customers?

Whatever you decide, make it specific and identify exactly what it is you plan to do.

Defining objectives

If you can define exactly what it is you want to do, you'll be bale to prioritize your actions and set up the campaign for reporting. The last thing you want to do is execute the campaign and then realize you don't know how you'll report its effectiveness.

You'll also be able to figure out where you should spend your budget dollars.
