Define what a response and action is
Defining what a response is will help you determine the outcome of the campaign.
Click Advanced Setup
Open up your campaign and click Advanced Setup
Click Edit
Update the Member Status
You can modify the member status and determine whether the action should be defined as Responded or Default. If you would like to add more, just click Add More.
When you have finished, click Save
Your list Member Status Values are now updated
