Add email from Mail
Salesforce is only as good as the information it stores. A great practice is to attach email correspondence to Salesforce records. Here's how to get email into Salesforce from Mail.
Find your Salesforce email
Enter the address as Bcc
I have saved the Salesforce email as a contact. Just enter in the email address to the Bcc line and Salesforce will add the email to the recipient's record.
