Convert a lead to be a Contact
When a lead becomes qualified, convert the lead to be a contact.
Click Convert
Open the lead record and click Convert.

Verify the account
A contact record will be created and it will automatically create an account. Double check the account to make sure it is correct.

Verify the opportunity
This also automatically creates an opportunity. Verify that the opportunity name is descriptive and set up according to your naming conventions.

Include additional information and click Convert
If you are done, click convert. If you would like to add additional information such as:
- A task
- Additional information (e.g. status and priority)
- Reminder
You can scroll down and enter it on the form - then click convert.
