Adding emails to Salesforce records

We use Mac Mail. When we want to add an email to a Salesforce record, we have to add an email address into BCC so that Salesforce can add the email for us.

Click on My Settings

Click on My Settings

Click on My Email to Salesforce

Click on My Email to Salesforce

Make sure to save this somewhere that is easy to access for when you send emails out that you want to keep a record of in Salesforce.
