Report formats
A report has one of four formats.
Tabular report
A tabular report does not summarize your data or display sub-totals. It is used for seeing a simple list of records and often used for mailing lists and activity reports.
Summary report
A summary report is similar to a tabular report, but records are sorted into groups with subtotals.
Matrix Report
Data is summarized in a grid and used to compare related totals.
Joined Report
Displays blocks of information in the same report.
