Setting up a workflow
Select Setup
Select Workflow Rules
Click Continue
Getting Started: Administering Salesforce
Select the object the workflow rule is related to
Give it a name, description, and criteria
Create the rule criteria
Modify the logic to be 1 And 2

Create a workflow action
Fill out the specifics of the action
Activate the workflow
