Create an account - automatically
Only a Salesforce administrator can use the import wizard to import accounts (and contacts) automatically. Contact your Admin for help on doing this.
Anybody can use the import wizard for contacts from common contactmanagers like Outlook.
Click Setup
If you are importing contacts, you can use Data import. First, click Setup.
Click Import accounts & contacts.
