Tips for improving Lead data
Search first to avoid duplicates
We do not want to enter lead data in Salesforce twice - always perform a search before you enter a new lead.

Keep lead status updated
Outdated lead records are not helpful. We need to always update the status so we have accurate records

Document activities
Salesforce is great because we can see all of our interactions and activities in one place - but if we don't document our activities, we won't have that information.
