Running a Mail Merge and Retrieving Letters
How to Run a Mass Mail Merge
Go to the DDP Membership Reports Tab:
- Select the report folder that contains the report data you wish to use to merge with a letter.
- Select the report that contains the data to merge.
- Select DDP to run
- Click Run
Now click on the Document Queue Tab
You may download your documents all together as a PDF file, or in separate letter files.
